Alison Bennington is the Managing Director of SCOPE Consulting and is regarded as one of the leading strategic advisors to the Culture, Parks and Sport sector in Northern Ireland. Clients value her friendly, down to earth, deep rooted experience in the public, private and third sectors. Alison’s ability to deliver clear advice without the jargon has enabled her to develop a loyal following amongst her clients and wider sector. Alison has developed her unique consulting skill set through years of hard earned experience working in city sports facilities, schools, higher education, local-government, central government, niche and FTSE 100 blue chip consultancies; complimented by academic study. Alison is a passionate advocate for the sector and regularly contributes new and at times challenging thinking for the sector to debate.

Alison understands the whole facility, service and product development lifecycle, because she’s set up a number of community sports facilities, improved services and researched products from scratch and run them successfully as an operator. Her impact on new sustainable facility and service developments can be seen throughout the Country.
